This Limited Warranty is issued by XACT Technologies Ltd., operating as XACT Engineered Manufacturing Solutions (“XACT EMS”). It outlines the terms under which XACT EMS provides product warranty coverage and technical support to customers.
XACT EMS warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective under normal use and service within this period, XACT EMS will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, distributor, or agent is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of XACT EMS.
XACT EMS provides two support programs for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products:
1. Telephone Support
Free support is available to customers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service guidance for the expected life of the product.
2. Factory Service
Products requiring repair must be returned to the XACT EMS facility with prior written authorization. Products will be evaluated against original specifications. For non-warranty repairs, reasonable costs for labor, parts, and return shipping will apply. Inbound shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
