XACT EMS Limited Warranty
Introduction
This Limited Warranty is issued by XACT Technologies Ltd., operating as XACT Engineered Manufacturing Solutions (“XACT EMS”). It outlines the terms under which XACT EMS provides product warranty coverage and technical support to customers.
Warranty Coverage
XACT EMS warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective under normal use and service within this period, XACT EMS will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
Warranty coverage applies only to products:
- Assembled in accordance with manufacturer-recommended procedures
- Used for their intended industrial or commercial purpose
- Maintained per any applicable service instructions
This warranty excludes:
- Consumable materials or components
- Wear and tear due to normal use
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Failures due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. It does not cover:
- Special, incidental, or consequential damages
- Downtime, loss of profits, or indirect damages
- Equipment failures caused by customer-supplied components or third-party modifications.
This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, distributor, or agent is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of XACT EMS.
Service and Support Programs
XACT EMS provides two support programs for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products:
1. Telephone Support
Free support is available to customers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service guidance for the expected life of the product.
2. Factory Service
Products requiring repair must be returned to the XACT EMS facility with prior written authorization. Products will be evaluated against original specifications. For non-warranty repairs, reasonable costs for labor, parts, and return shipping will apply. Inbound shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Voiding of Warranty
This warranty is void if:
- Products are modified, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized parties
- Improper care, storage, or transportation results in damage.
- Equipment is operated outside of specified conditions
- Damage occurs due to fire, flood, power surges, military action, acts of terrorism, or natural disasters
Legal Entity and Applicability
This Limited Warranty is issued by XACT Technologies Ltd. (“XACT EMS”) and applies solely to products manufactured or supplied by XACT EMS. It does not apply to third-party products or services unless expressly stated.
